Repair Services
Due to the nature of auto body repair services, completed labor and repair work are generally non-refundable. If you have concerns about the quality of a repair, please contact us so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Parts & Materials
Special-order or installed parts are non-refundable unless they are defective or covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Unused, standard-stock parts may be eligible for a refund or exchange, subject to our supplier's return policy.
Deposits
Deposits for special-order parts or scheduled repairs may be non-refundable once parts have been ordered or work has begun.
Cancellations
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at any time. If repair work has already started or parts have been ordered, cancellation fees may apply.
Warranty Concerns
If you experience an issue covered under our workmanship or manufacturer's warranty, we will inspect the repair and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with the warranty terms.
